Elizabeth Olsen Clears Up Sex and the City Prequel Rumors

Rumors of a Sex and the City prequel movie are running rampant on gossip sites, with talk that Elizabeth Olsen is up for the role of Carrie, with Blake Lively as Samantha and Selena Gomez as Charlotte (Emma Roberts was said to be playing Miranda, but she cleared up those rumors). We caught up with Olsen at the Hollywood Foreign Press Association’s Installation Luncheon for the inside scoop. “I’m like the biggest fan of Sex and the City, and that’s why I would never do that!” she told InStyle.com. I would LOVE to see Leighton Meester as Charlotte, too. She’s beautiful and would pull off Charlotte’s style wonderfully. Maybe Juno Temple could play Carrie simply because she’s not overly pretty like SJP. Annalynne McCord could be great as Samantha and Ellen Page as Miranda.

Carrie- Kate Bosworth or Clemence Poesy!

they should definitely pick relatively unknown actresses for this so it is believable. Actresses that resemble the girls and who can act their personalities. Nobody is gonna believe that Selena Gomez will become Charlotte or that Blake Lively grows out to be Samantha (don’t make me laugh!).
