Kyle Richards: 5 Things to Know About Her New Handbag Line

InStyle.com caught up with Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards at the launch of Lia Sophia’s latest jewelry collection in West Hollywood last night to get the inside scoop about her new handbag line. “It’s everything I love!” Richards told us. Here’s what else you have to look forward to:

1. THE BAGS WILL BE NAMED AFTER THE HOUSEWIVES: “There are a lot of bags in the collection, so I get to name each of them after my daughters, my friends, and the Housewives. The Housewives love it. I’m having them flip through my sample book and they get to pick their favorite bag and name it after themselves.”

2. WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE: “They’re oversized bags—a reflection of my taste. My favorite bag from the collection is a purple snakeskin doctor bag. It was a lot of fun designing that.” More

Baby News: It’s a Boy for Selma Blair!

It’s a boy for Selma Blair! The actress and her fashion designer boyfriend Jason Bleick welcomed their son Arthur Saint Bleick on Monday. The couple, who met while working on Bleick’s line EVER, announced her pregnancy in January, but Blair chose to keep the sex of her baby under wraps until the big day. Congratulations to the new parents!

Giuliana Rancic to Launch Clothing Line for HSN!

Giuliana Rancic is trying her hand at designing! The forever multitasking host of E’s Fashion Police, anchor of E! News, and star of Giuliana & Bill announced this week that she will launch a clothing and handbag collection for HSN. The lineup will include 10 to 12 pieces as well as three handbags, WWD reports, and prices will be in the $50 range. While Rancic’s line is still in production, it’s slated to debut on HSN next year. See Rachel Bilson’s New Hart of Dixie Preview!

Is the CW’s upcoming show Hart of Dixie going to be the new stylish show to watch? Judging from the new previews (check out the latest above) it just might be. The series is the brainchild of the same creators as Gossip Girl, which is promising, and it stars one of InStyle‘s favorite chic celebrities, Rachel Bilson. The 29-year-old actress plays Dr. Zoe Hart, a surgeon who relocates from New York to Alabama to work at a medical practice. And when she’s out of her white jacket, her outfits are quite cute. We’re looking forward to seeing more than the previews when the series premieres September 26th. Are you?

New TV Shows: Hollywood Moms and Alexa Chung!

Need more reality TV? Of course! First, TV Guide Network is developing a series called The Hollywood Moms Club, which follows Alison Sweeney (The Biggest Loser) and Ali Landry (Eve) as they host themed pot-luck dinner parties at their homes, THR reports. Each episode will feature a new Hollywood mom guest star, including Brooke Burke, Kyle Richards and Lisa Rinna. Then, Lifetime is getting another fashion reality program with British model-turned-presenter Alexa Chung‘s 24-Hour Catwalk. Few details have been released, but WWD describes the show as “pitting designers against each other in catwalk challenges.” We love a good competition show!

Michael Kors’ New Jewelry Collection: See the Photos!

Fans of Michael Kors‘ watches, take note! The designer has partnered with Fossil to launch his first full collection of jewelry for fall 2011, and we have a sneak peek at the baubles! “If you can’t afford to collect sculpture or modern art, you can afford to have an incredible pair of silver cuffs or an incredible sculptural ring,” Kors said in a statement. The jewelry collection will hit select Michael Kors boutiques in August, and prices will range from $45 to $375. Click through the gallery to see the full lineup!
