Queen Elizabeth isn’t afraid of color. In fact, she’s worn every shade of the rainbow! Today she hosted a garden party at Buckingham Palace in a kelly green dress coat, matching hat and umbrella (above). And this isn’t first time she put the “G” in Roy G. Biv.
