Supermodels Reunite for Duran Duran’s New Music Video!

It’s a supermodel reunion! Cindy Crawford, Helena Christensen, Eva Herzigova, Naomi Campbell and Yasmin Le Bon got together last week to film a music video for Duran Duran‘s new single, Girl Panic, the Independent reports. Yasmin, who is married to the band’s Simon Le Bon, brought the ladies to London, where Dolce & Gabbana were on-hand to style them in the label’s fall collection. The clip and single will be released later this year, but while you wait, check out another classic models-and-musicians pairing—George Michael’s “Freedom” video! The 1990 clip also features supermodel stunners Naomi Campbell and Cindy Crawford.

Some of Stella McCartney‘s closest friends and fans—including Liv Tyler, Naomi Watts, Bono, and Estelle—caught the first glimpse of the designer’s new Resort 2012 collection in New York yesterday. Models showed off playful floral prints, vibrant striped blouses, bow-covered skirts while hitting croquet balls, whacking pinatas, and dangling a yo-yos at McCartney’s fun backyard-style presentation. The collection also featured her famous Falabella-style bag in fresh new styles, like python with fuchsia contrast and brown leather with gold hardware. Jessica Simpson’s Return to TV: NBC’s Fashion Star!

Jessica Simpson is returning to television, this time as a celebrity mentor on NBC’s upcoming reality show, Fashion Star! Hosted by Elle Macpherson, Fashion Star will feature contestants competing in challenges every week to ultimately get funding for their own brands. Unlike similar design competition shows, viewers will be able to purchase the winning designs online every week, and the series will be taped in front of a live studio audience. And it’s getting quite fashionable—supermodel and Celebrity Apprentice alum Niki Taylor is an ambassador for the American Red Cross and she teamed up with first aid product company NexCare to promote their release of limited-edition bandages in funky new patterns. “I have the zebra print, and I’ve been in fashion my whole life, and these are pretty cool,” Taylor told InStyle.
