Just three days after Sofia Coppola presented her longtime friend Marc Jacobs with his Lifetime Achievement Award at the CFDA Fashion Awards, she stopped by to show her support of the designer in another way—by sitting front row at his Resort 2012 collection for Louis Vuitton (he’s the creative director). Kirsten Dunst joined Coppola at the event—both wore LV, of course—where they enjoyed seeing loose button-up blouses, light raincoats, and jumpsuits in a palette of red, white, and blue come down the grass-covered runway. And it was hard not to miss the clever accessories: perforated clutches, lace-up platform wedges, chains with large LV charms, patterned hats, and printed motor scooter helmets.
