Rachel Bilson on Her Bangs: ‘Too Much Maintenance!’

Just a few months after snipping bangs into her ‘do, InStyle contributor Rachel Bilson is growing them out! “I decided to let them grow almost as soon as I cut them,” she told us at last night’s viewing party for Derek Lam‘s new eBay collection. “Bangs need constant attention and I’m a very low maintenance hair person.” The actress takes the same laid-back approach to her ombre hair color. “Again, low maintenance,” she said. “I just don’t get my roots touched up every month.” Bilson has been transitioning her long fringe lately by wearing it parted down the middle, topped off with hats, or pinned to the side. Ginnifer Goodwin Designed Shoes for Charity

Ginnifer Goodwin lent her fashion sense to a good cause! The Something Borrowed star teamed up with shoe brand Milk & Honey to design a pair of $270 tangerine leather heels, and 10% of the proceeds will be donated to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital. Based in Goodwin’s hometown of Memphis, Tennesse, St. Jude’s is the only pediatric cancer research center where families never pay for treatment not covered by insurance. While Goodwin is the first star to partner with Milk & Honey, the brand plans to bring on more charities and celebrities throughout the year. Sofia Vergara: ‘Valentino and Diane Von Furstenberg Watch Modern Family!’

Sofia Vergara met some surprising fans of her Modern Family character Gloria Delgado-Pritchett at the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s annual Costume Institute Gala last week. “I was very surprised a lot of people said they were a big fan of Modern Family,” the actress and new face of both Diet Pepsi and CoverGirl told us over the phone this week. “Diane Von Fustenberg, Valentino and his partner, everybody that was there! They would come up to me and say, ‘I love the show.’” Another designer fan is Carolina Herrera, who invited Vergara to the event and dressed the star in a figure-flattering gown with a floral motif. “They all said they love the character. Queen Elizabeth’s Royal Wedding Handbag: Where to Find It

Kate Middleton and Pippa Middleton aren’t the only Royal Wedding attendees with sought-after style! Sales of handbags by Launer London shot up 60 percent since Queen Elizabeth toted one of the brand’s cream-colored purses to the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s nuptials on April 29th. The calfskin leather handbag was custom made for the Queen two years ago, the Telegraph reports, but people are interested in buying similar traditional styles by the brand. Launer London’s prices range from $615 to $1,300, and while the company’s typical customers are in Queen Elizabeth’s age bracket, their sales boom post-wedding came from the 35 to 50 demographic.
