And in the spirit of the Royal Wedding seen by millions around the world, she also created a new sub-collection named the Royal Collection, which includes seven wedding dresses luxuriously crafted in the spirit of a princess—hand-beading, pleated tiered tulle skirts, subtle embellished diamante detailing, and flower motifs. The designer also accessorized her models with jewel-covered tiaras, a nod to Catherine Middleton’s Cartier tiara moment. Besides princess elements, Acra premiered a mint green gown, a unique color we also saw in Vera Wang’s new bridal collection.
