Baby News: Tina Fey Pregnant; Mariska Hargitay Adopts

The 30 Rock star and Bossypants memoirist appeared on Oprah yesterday, where she revealed that she’s expecting. Fey and her husband, composer Jeff Richmond, also have a 5-year-old daughter, Alice. Congratulations are also in order for Mariska Hargitay—she and husband Peter Hermann just adopted a baby girl, named Amaya Josephine, People reports. Little Amaya joins 4-year-old brother August in the Hargitay-Hermann home. “He is over the moon,” Hargitay said of August. “He calls her his baby because he says the whole thing was his idea. He always talks about how he’s going to protect her. He’s going to be a great big brother.” Congrats all around!
