Dancing with the Stars judge Carrie Ann Inaba was filling in for Kelly Ripa as co-host of Live With Regis & Kelly this morning when her boyfriend Jesse Sloan proposed live on air! During a viewer email segment at the end of the show, Regis presented a fake viewer’s question on how to propose. Then the lights dimmed, and Sloan appeared presenting his girlfriend with a 2.5-carat diamond engagement ring. “Will you marry me?” he asked. Inaba responded yes! The princess-cut sparkler was designed by Rafinity, People reports, and both the bride and groom’s birthstones are hidden in the platinum band. What a unique proposal!
