Behind Glee’s Hot Bodies: Fitness Secrets From the Set!

Who can you thank for Matthew Morrison‘s sexy washboard abs? Direct your gratitude to celebrity fitness trainer and nutrition expert Bernardo Coppola, who trains Glee cast members like Cory Monteith, Mark Salling, Jane Lynch, and Chord Overstreet, in addition to Morrison. “These are the hardest working actors in Hollywood,” Coppola told InStyle. “Before they even tape a show, they have dance, voice and line rehearsals. I’m there to pump them up so they look and feel good on camera and can concentrate on their performance.More

Whitney Port’s Latest Fashion Show Photos!

Mar 15, 2011 @ 3:01 pm

Even though Whitney Port‘s every move as a rising fashion designer is no longer documented on MTV’s The City, her Whitney Eve collection is still going strong! Just yesterday, Port was in Los Angeles to show her fall 2011 lineup as part of the fashion forecasting firm Directive West’s FIRST.LA fashion show, an event that featured several labels, including Whitney Eve.  “Whitney Eve is making its debut in LA! Fall 2011 is walking down the runway in just a few minutes!!!” the 26-year-old Tweeted from her front row seat. And Port loved the show! “Seeing what you pour your heart and soul into walk down a runway is an amazing experience,” she told InStyle after the event. “I stare at [the clothes] all day long in the cutting room, but to see them styled out on lovely ladies with a full look is so cool for me. It makes everything I do worthwhile.” Click through the gallery to see Port’s latest fashion show!

How to Donate Clothing to Japan’s Tsunami Relief Efforts

Mar 15, 2011 @ 1:05 pm

It’s been four days since a devastating earthquake and resulting tsunami swept through northeastern Japan, and many of the country’s citizens have been left without basic necessities like clothing, food, and shelter. Enter Lady Gaga, Steven Alan and Uniqlo, who have all sprung into action by announcing special Japan fundraisers. Lady Gaga’s “We Pray for Japan” wristbands, which sell for $5 on her Web site, have already raised $250,000 to support relief efforts, while Steven Alan is donating 15% of all sales to International Medical Corps through March 17th. Uniqlo‘s parent company Fast Retailing has promised to give 1.4 billion yen ($17.3 million) to organizations like the Japanese Red Cross. Plus, if you want to donate clothing, all Fast-Retailing-owned stores worldwide, including Uniqlo, Theory, and Comptoir des Cotonniers will soon house donation boxes where customers can drop off used garments.

Update: Uniqlo has canceled their plans to accept clothing donations, due to shipping difficulties. However, the store is accepting monetary donations via an official Red Cross box. Similar boxes will be set up in Theory on March 18th, and in Comptoir des Cotonniers the following week.

The Bachelor: Brad Womack’s Final Rose!

Mar 15, 2011 @ 10:31 am

SPOILER ALERT!

Brad Womack (in a Dolce & Gabbana suit) proposed to Emily Maynard last night on The Bachelor finale. Womack’s new fiancé has been a standout all season for her enviable wardrobe, so we can’t wait to see what she’ll be wearing now that she can come out of reality-TV imposed hiding. When we chatted with The Bachelor stylist Cary Fetman recently, he told us Emily made him “up his game” because of her amazing sense of style. “She is an elegant southern belle,” Fetman said. “And she has a shoe collection even Sarah Jessica Parker would envy!” On the After The Final Rose show, Brad and Emily admitted to breaking up once already—it’s been tough for her to watch him “date” other girls as the show aired—but we hope they’ll become one of the successful couples and join Trista and Ryan, Jason and Molly and Ali and Roberto.
