On last week’s episode of American Idol, Jennifer Lopez took a seat at the judge’s table wearing an asymmetrical, emerald green dress. Our commenters quickly pointed out that it was designed by Lanvin—thanks, everyone!—and we found it for sale over on NeimanMarcus.com. The great thing about this dress is you can style it as shown, or backwards, which gives it a lower neckline. Keep checking back for more info about Lopez’s American Idol wardrobe, because we’ll be covering her best style moments all season!
Megan Fox isn’t just the face of Armani‘s underwear and denim lines—now she’s also the face of the label’s new fragrance, Code. The campaign just dropped and it shows Fox wearing a black bob wig, a different look for the 24-year-old actress. As for her signature sexy style? That remains, of course. Cameron Diaz celebrated the Oscars by stopping by the 2011 Vanity Fair after-party in a leopard print ruffled one-shoulder cocktail dress by Carolina Herrera. And instead of taking the look right from the runway—the dress is part of Herrera’s latest pre-fall collection—Diaz decided to change it up to flaunt her gorgeous gams, hiking the at-the-knee hemline up to mid-thigh, proving the power of alterations to change a look. Diaz finished the look with Anita Ko earrings, Lanvin cuffs, a Judith Leiber clutch, and Jimmy Choo booties.
Christina Hendricks recently lent her face to Vivienne Westwood’s new Get a Life jewelry collection, and the campaign is finally out! The Mad Men star posed in jewel-tone dresses, a dramatic gold headpiece, and an engraved Palladium heart pendant. And this may not be the only place you’ll see Hendricks in the baubles—the actress told The Telegraph: “The pieces really sparkle under the lights and I cannot wait to wear them on the red carpet.” See more Vivienne Westwood jewelry at VivienneWestwood.co.uk. The Royal Wedding now has its own Web site! Today, St. James’s Palace launched OfficialRoyalWedding2011.org. The site promises to feature every bit of information about the April 29th nuptials of Prince William and Catherine Middleton, including updates about the service and procession, a virtual tour of Buckingham Palace, and exclusive videos. The site also lists that it is currently working on a livestream for the ceremony itself, which is great if you want to watch the wedding from your laptop or smartphone. But perhaps the most important part about this new royal technological development: This will be the first place to release details about Middleton’s wedding gown! We can hardly wait!
