Gemma Arterton Models for G-Star

Gemma Arterton, who launched to fame in 2008 as the lead female role in James Bond: Quantum of Solace, is the new face for the Dutch denim brand G-Star. And while Arterton typically chooses Gucci, Valentino, Isabel Marant and Lanvin for her red-carpet appearances, she prefers a good pair of jeans when she’s off the radar. “My own style is quite laid back and quite modern, I like to be relaxed,” Arterton told InStyle exclusively. “I wear a lot of jeans and jackets but suppose I have a bit of a rock star edge.” Check out Gemma Arterton’s debut as the face of G-Star in the gallery.

Rachel Zoe Can’t Wait to Style Her Baby

Celebrity stylist Rachel Zoe is pregnant with a boy and she can’t wait to style her baby. “I’ve been plotting what he’s going to wear for awhile,” she told Elle. “I don’t want to push it on him. I don’t want him to resent me for it. But there’s so much cute stuff—Burberry, Dior, All Saints… Oh, and Gucci now has a [baby] clothing line. I also love Baby Gap, J. Crew and Stella McCartney. I haven’t bought anything yet because I’m superstitious. A lot of people have been buying me gifts, but I’m not opening them!” Sounds like she will have have one well-dressed newborn!

Miss Golden Globe Gia Mantegna’s Dress Search

Baby News: Kate Hudson Expecting, Jennifer Connelly Looks Chic

Congrats to Kate Hudson and Matthew Bellamy, lead singer of Muse, who announced earlier this week that they are expecting a baby, Us Weekly reports. The child will be Hudson’s second. In other baby news, a pregnant Jennifer Connelly nailed maternity style in a black dress and black wrap sandals on the set of Late Night With Jimmy Fallon while promoting her new movie, The Dilemma. The eternally red-lipped Gwen Stefani just inked a beauty deal with L’Oréal Paris! The gorgeous multi-tasking singer, mother and designer—who is known for her perfectly-lined crimson lips (she even wears lipstick while jogging!)—will be the face of the brand’s new Infallible Le Rouge long-wear lip color, shown left, People.com reports. “I can’t believe I get to be one of the L’Oréal Paris girls,” Stefani said in a official release. “I love playing dress up, on stage or shooting videos, it’s always been one of my favorite parts of being in a band. And to get to work with such a modern, talented group of people is really exciting. I’m a lucky, lucky girl.” Spot Gwen Stefani’s first L’Oréal commercial during the Golden Globes this Sunday.
