It has been going well, getting everything I have been searching for on my loved ones wish lists. Except for Sephora, they ran out of an item that my daughter has been wanting for a year now. Sephora let me order it, sent me a receipt and then 3 days later emailed me that my order had been canceled with no explanation as to why. When I called to ask why I was treated rudely by the customer service woman and put on hold for 19 minutes and then disconnected. I then called back and was told that I needed to change my attitude or she would not let me speak with a supervisor. I asked her wouldn’t she be upset also after being put on hold for so long and being disconnected?! She said yes, but I still has to adjust my attitude! I never yelled or cussed, I was just firm, I couldn’t believe my ears! Finally I was transferred to a supervisor after I “adjusted” my attitude. The supervisor was polite and apologized for what had happened with the phone agents. I am still so appalled by my treatment from those two women that it will take a lot for me to shop with Sephora again.
In the mean time I found the item on another website in the U.K. and it’s on it’s way!! The website is Guru Makeup Emporium, it has a lot of awesome products and their customer service was impeccable. I highly suggest this new website find!!
