Scarlett Johansson’s Hairstylist Dishes on Her New Cut

Last week we brought you news of Scarlett Johansson‘s edgy new crop—and now we’re the first to get the inside scoop, straight from her hairstylist, David Babaii! “Scarlett cut her hair up to her shoulders earlier this summer. I saw her a month ago, and she’s like, ‘Let’s go crazier!’” the hairstylist told us. “When I saw her again, I gave her this extreme graduated bob. It’s a very technical cut with a punky, modernized vibe.” Babaii held his scissors perpendicular to the hair to “pick” into her strands with their tips. “By cutting at an angle, you’ll create some pieces that are thicker and some that are thin,” he explained. He also trimmed the back just about as short as he could go without breaking out the electric clippers. And according to Babaii, his longtime client expressed her reaction in a single word: “Loved!” We couldn’t agree more.

Kayne West Collaborates with Phillip Lim on Runaway

Put a Victoria’s Secret supermodel in a phoenix costume, add in a sports car, a few explosions, a troop of ballerinas and swirl it together with dreamlike candy colors and you’ve got Kayne West’s new 30+ minute video, Runaway. What stays constant amongst all the visual imagery is Kayne’s dapper wardrobe, which lets you know who the real star is. His suits, including the navy and gold-lined one (below) and various tuxedo jackets were all custom-made by designer Phillip Lim, who earned a shout-out in the credits. Lim also weighed in on the color palette for Selita Ebanks’s amazing wings. More

Twilight Wedding Watch: Kristen Stewart Dishes on Bella’s Gown

There’s a Twilight wedding in the works! With filming on Breaking Dawn set to begin soon, Kristen Stewart has been dropping a few hints about Bella and Edward’s big day. “I haven’t put the one on yet,” Stewart told MTV when asked if she’s seen Bella’s wedding gown during wardrobe fittings for the flick. “I’m not quite sure exactly what it’s going to look like.” This summer, the actress told us that Twilight author Stephenie Meyer is “absolutely in charge” of the designer details, but imagined that “Bella would definitely want something classic and simple in white or cream.” She also confirmed that Bella isn’t exactly itching to walk down the aisle. “She doesn’t want to get married, but Edward has such different sensibilities and values, so she’s going to give him everything [he wants],” Stewart told us. “I think it’s going to be a really beautiful and monumental wedding because Edward wants it so badly. Usually it’s the opposite, usually the girl wants it more. I think it’s cute.”

Justin Bieber to Launch Fragrance

Justin Bieber is following another world-famous singer into the world of celebrity fragrance. “I actually like the Britney Spears perfume on girls. It smells good,” he tells WWD. Now, the Canadian superstar is launching a collection of four unisex fragrances called My World with Etoile Nation Beauty, which will be available on scented dog tags and wristbands. Hit up Walmart stores on Black Friday (Nov. 26) to scoop them up…if you don’t mind inevitably massive crowds, that is.
