While spending part of her summer filming Gossip Girl in Paris, Blake Lively got to stick around for Couture fashion week—and tour Christian Louboutin’s atelier, reports PeopleStyleWatch.com. (The shoe designer also gave Lively a tour of the City of Lights via Vespa.) While visiting Louboutin, the actress fell in love with one of his designs (at left, with Louboutin), saying, “I want to sleep with it under my pillow every night!” So what did the shoe designer do?
