Stella McCartney is Launching a Children’s LineSep 14, 2010 @ 2:03 pm
After two successful collaborations with the Gap on kids’ lines, Stella McCartney has just announced plans to design a children’s collection under her own label. Designed for boys and girls aged 12 and under, the collection will feature McCartney’s signature practical yet stylish aesthetic. Pieces include organic cotton onesies, floral printed dresses, quilted field jackets and rubber rain boots—and are already available to preview on StellaMcCartneyKids.com. McCartney told Vogue UK that she “wanted to create a desirable, fun, wearable kids collection that was affordable.” With prices starting at around $25 for a T-shirt, mission accomplished! The collection, which is primarily available online, goes on sale November 3rd.
