Celine Dion just released her 13th fragrance! We wanted to find out what inspired her to create Pure Brilliance, so we sat down with the superstar to get the scoop.

InStyle.com: What inspired this scent?

Celine Dion: I’m usually inspired by what’s going on in my life [when creating a fragrance]. Right now, I’m at home. I’m enjoying my time off with my family, so I’ve made this a very delicate one about inner beauty.

InStyle.com: So “delicate” is the word. Is this the type of fragrance you normally wear?

Celine Dion: Well, since I’m pregnant now, I don’t want anything too loud or strong. I want something very very light. Usually I wear perfume for nights out with my husband, an interview or a red-carpet appearance. But when I sing, I don’t wear perfume. More

Elie Saab Launches First Bridal Collection

Elie Saab, the couture designer known for dressing stars like Halle Berry (hello, Oscars!), is debuting his first ready-to-wear bridal collection for the Spring 2011 season. The collection features 11 lace, silk satin and tulle gowns with dramatic necklines, bustiers and elegant 3/4 sleeve lengths. The dresses, which start at approximate $2500, are being unveiled at the Elie Saab Flagship Boutique in Paris as we speak and will be available for order starting tomorrow. Tres chic, non?

Jessica Simpson is presenting her Fall 2010 collection tonight, tapping her pals—”real women”—to showcase her new styles. BFF CaCee Cobb and sister Ashlee are both slated to show off Simpson’s brand-new denim collection. “I asked a lot of my best friends to be the models because I think they represent the woman who’s going to the stores,” Simpson said to USA Today. “Ashlee definitely has her look picked out. After Martin Scorsese helmed the Bleu de Chanel men’s fragrance campaign, director Joe Wright has stepped up to direct the latest commercial for Chanel’s Coco Mademoiselle perfume. In the spot, Keira Knightley dons head-to-toe camel (one of fall’s hottest colors) in the form of a skintight biker uniform and looks to be speeding down the Parisian Place de Concord.

Actress Elle Fanning, little sis to Twilight vamp Dakota Fanning, has taken on a new role: fashionista. Currently in Venice promoting her new film Somewhere, the 12-year old-actress has been spotted in some super stylish ensembles, including an ethereal blue frock plucked straight from Marc Jacobs’ Resort 2011 collection (second from left). But the pint-sized star has also showed off a quirky laid-back style, pairing grunge-inspired dresses with Doc Martens, lacy socks, Ikat patterns and geek-chic glasses.
