Tatiana Blatnik Weds Prince Nikolaos in Angel Sanchez
Aug 26, 2010 @ 11:08 amYesterday Tatiana Blatnik, an event planner for Diane von Furstenberg (and now a princess!), married Prince Nikolaos of Greece on the isle of Spetses amidst hundreds of adoring citizens and tourists. Blatnik wore a strapless sweetheart lace Angel Sanchez gown. “Tatiana is a classic beauty–very Grace Kelly, tall, with a streamlined figure and natural elegance–everything a designer could ask for. We decided on a classic strapless gown with a soft A-line skirt made with 40 meters of French Chantilly, asymmetrical draping and delicate embroidery,” the designer told us exclusively. “To make the train less formal, I decided to make two long Chantilly falls that would integrate to the veil. To complete the romantic yet conservative look, I created a Chantilly hand embroidered bolero–a mandatory requirement for the ceremony.” She topped the look off with a Grecian crown and carried a traditional bouquet of white stephanotis. Congrats to the happy couple!

Just to mention that the title “prince of Greece” is non-existent since we have presidential democracy in Greece
