After seeing this photo of 43-year-old Halle Berry rocking a bikini (from Anika Brazil Swim) on the beach with daughter Nahla, we had to know how she stays in such amazing shape. So we asked her trainer, Ramona Braganza (she helped Berry get her pre-pregnancy body back), who told us it’s all about the squat thrust. Braganza, who also trains Jessica Biel and Jessica Alba, says the move is “an all-over fat-blasting exercise because it uses the large muscles of the legs, back and chest and raises your heart rate to keep your metabolism revved up.” Find out how to do this move at home after the jump. This December, Gwyneth Paltrow and Leighton Meester will join forces (and voices) for a new film, Country Strong, and we’re excited to check it out: Paltrow plays a fallen star who attempts to resurrect her career with the help of a rising young singer/songwriter (played by Garret Hedlund), while  Meester appears as a young beauty-queen-turned-singer. (Actor/singer Tim McGraw plays Paltrow’s husband/manager.) Pictures of the actresses in costume are starting to emerge, and we must say, Paltrow certainly doesn’t look “fallen” in her sexy on-stage LBD and cute, casual plaid button downs. And Meester’s girly-girl frocks and big hair are just what we’d expect based on her character’s pageant background. See more photos from the film in the gallery below.
