Fresh-faced beauties and Neutrogena brand ambassadors Vanessa Hudgens and Hayden Panettiere hit the beach in L.A. this weekend to announce the Wave for Change campaign, a charitable initiative that encourages teens to vote on how $200,000 from the sales of two products, Wave Sonic Power-Cleaner and Oil-Free Acne Wash Pink Grapefruit, should be distributed. Through August 23rd, participants can take a quiz on the brand’s Facebook page to see what charities—from disaster relief to environmental causes—they want to support (all donations will take place through GlobalGiving.org). “Often people want to participate, but they don’t know how so the fact that Neutrogena is opening the door and kids are getting to be a part of something and help the world is amazing,” said Panettiere. As if we weren’t already excited enough for the silver screen adaptation of the tear-jerking circus love story, Water for Elephants, now on-set photos of the film’s stars, Robert Pattinson and Reese Witherspoon, are popping up. The style verdict? Gorgeous ’30s glamour. Witherspoon, who plays the star of the equestrian act and veterinarian Pattison’s love interest, sports short platinum waves and long, Old Hollywood gowns. Twi-hards will swoon for Pattison’s slicked back hair and perfectly undone bow tie. See more of the duo on set in the gallery below.
