We can’t wait to see Elizabeth Gilbert’s bestselling memoir Eat, Pray, Love come to life on the big screen (starring Julia Roberts!)  in August, but happily we can tide ourselves over until then on HSN. Next month the shopping network will debut 400 unique fashion and home products plus accessories inspired by Gilbert’s travels through Italy, India and Indonesia, featuring labels like Timeless by Naeem Khan, Robin by Me&Ro and Padma Lakshmi. “She’s an American traveling through India. I felt the collection had to be connected to me as an American-Indian,” Khan told us. “The whole influence is from India, from the prints to the embroidery to the colors, but the shapes are modern and for women of today.” We’re most looking forward to Khan’s spice-colored maxidress (left).
