The Haute Couture shows in Paris are always filled with tons of glitz and glamour, some of which is provided by the decked-out stars sitting in the front row. But during Jean Paul Gaultier’s show, he had a celebrity on the runway—Dita von Teese. The burlesque star (who now has her image swathed across a Virgin Atlantic plane) wowed the crowd by  walking the runway in a dramatic LBD which she seductively removed, revealing a black beaded corset, thong and suspenders, and of course, her gorgeous curves.
