Decadestwo Senior Buyer Billy Garcia‘s sartorial selections demand serious attention. In fact, Garcia was once pulled out of line at the movies by the LA Times so that they could snap his mid-to-late ’80s Versace-meets-Gaultier outfit. So when we asked Garcia to put together a look for InStyle.com that embodied his vision of contemporary glamour, he didn’t disappoint, mixing a razor-cut Givenchy dress with a silver statement necklace from Marc Jacobs (left), a boxy snakeskin clutch by Bally and a pair of gunmetal leather wedges courtesy of Nina Ricci. Prada E-Store Opens Thursday

The Italian label Prada has long prided itself on its signature mix of art and commerce. (The perpetually-closed Prada “boutique” erected by artists in rural Marfa, Texas is a classic example.) So it’s no surprise that the brand’s first e-store—which launches on Thursday at prada.com, will peddle leather goods (like this bag from their Fall 2010 collection) and eyewear alongside short films and animations. We can’t wait to check it out.

The Forbes 100: Oprah Earns Top Spot, Gaga and Pattinson Debut

Forbes Magazine just released their annual Celebrity 100 Power List, which features some familiar faces—and some surprising newcomers. Oprah Winfrey, who earned an estimated $315 million in the past year, topped the list. Lady Gaga came in at No. 4, earning $62 million after not even making the list last year. Forbes.com cited that Gaga’s success and thus high placement is due to “a mixture of extreme theatricality, catchy hooks and an image that is edgy, yet business friendly.” She also beat out other top-performing pop contenders including Taylor Swift (who ranked at 12) and Madonna (who snagged 10th place). Another newbie? Twilight Saga star Robert Pattinson, who placed right in the middle at No. 50. Other top performers included Beyonce Knowles and hubby Jay-Z (places 2 and 15, respectively), James Cameron (for his flick Avatar) and Tiger Woods. For the complete list see forbes.com.

Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green Marry!

After two engagements over three years, the gorgeous Megan Fox and her fiance Brian Austin Green have finally tied the knot. The duo, who were staying at the Four Seasons Hotel on Hawaii’s Big Island, have been together on and off since 2004. And in 2009, Green told People.com that his ideal wedding would be “small.” Considering how effectively they kept news of the wedding under wraps, it looks like Green got his wish. Congrats to the newlyweds!

Gaultier Re-Invents the Cone Bra for La Perla

Perhaps you’ve been feeling just a wee bit envious of the teens who’ll get to wear Madonna’s 1980′s-inspired juniors line, Material Girl. If so, buck up: The high-end lingerie brand La Perla has just announced a collaboration with Jean Paul Gaultier, the man who designed the trés haute costumes for the singer’s 1990 Blonde Ambition tour. The brand-new capsule collection, due in stores in November, will include a corset, bodysuit, and bras inspired by Madonna’s famous cone bras. All-in-all, it promises to be a far more sophisticated way for grown-up women to indulge in their lingering desire to dress up like Ms. Ciconne and sing along with Vogue.

Kristen Stewart Goes Red!

The minidresses, the makeup, the stilettos: Kristen Stewart has looked red hot as she’s traveled the world to promote The Twilight Saga: Eclipse—and now the young star has brand new auburn strands to match. “She’s preparing to play Mary Lou, a very famous character in On the Road, and we went through tons of images to pull inspiration,” Frederic Fekkai stylist Adir Abergel, who works with the star, told us. “We really wanted a beautiful strawberry with honey undertones.” How did they bring their vision to life? A trip to colorist extraordinaire Marie Robinson, who was also responsible for Michelle William‘s showstopping blond crop. “Marie is a genius,” Abergel told us. “She totally nailed it.” On the Road is set to release sometime in 2011, but Stewart debuted the new shade for an appearance yesterday on The Late Show with David Letterman.
