Clemence Poesy, a French actress best known stateside for playing Fleur Delacoeur in the Harry Potter films, will appear in Paris-set scenes opposite Blake Lively and Leighton Meester; meanwhile, CW vet Kate Cassidy (who starred in Melrose Place and has been shooting the upcoming movie Monte Carlo with Meester and Selena Gomez) will play a Columbia student and potential love interest for Nate.
