Jennifer Hudson wowed on the red carpet at Cannes this weekend thanks to her newfound confidence and super-svelte figure. “I love taking pics, but I love it even more now!” the actress and singer, who has been the official spokesperson for Weight Watchers since April, wrote on her blog. “It is fun to see the changes in my face. I have cheekbones and definition along my jaw line that I have never seen.” The new mom (son David Jr. is only 8 months old) has been following the Weight Watchers Momentum plan since January and began a circuit-training routine with celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak last August to get in shape for her upcoming role in a biopic of Winnie Mandela. Her motto along the journey has been “Start small, finish big,” and the actress has made enough small changes in her lifestyle to add up to one hot mama! One of her secrets is hot sauce, which she puts “on anything from eggs in the morning to collard greens and even sweet potato fries.” Another tip: “If you want to stay away from eating a cheeseburger, put on a tight-fitting gown and get all made up!” At Cannes, Hudson showed off her hard work in sophisticated, waist-defining dresses that showed off her toned legs and arms.
