To get in shape for her role as Pepper Potts in Iron Man 2, Gwyneth Paltrow relied on a strict 5-day diet and exercise regimen, which she shared in her most recent Goop newsletter titled “The Making of Pepper Potts.” Her daily schedule included a breakfast of green tea and a shake made with detoxifying powders, an hour-and-a-half workout with trainer Tracy Anderson and a set of healthy vegetarian meals. “This regime got me into the shape of my life and I continue to return to it when I have a specific event—so that I can do ridiculous things like be a 37-year-old mother of two and wear shorts!” the actress wrote.
