To enhance Camilla Belle‘s flawless complexion and natural glow, makeup artist Fiona Stiles, who works with Belle, uses a light touch. “The key is to keep [makeup] from looking caked on,” says Stiles, who first preps the star’s skin with a featherweight moisturizer to create an even canvas.
