But the video looks very lady Gagaish and way to sexy for Miley.She needs to remember that she is only 17 and many young girls still look up to her.I know that she wants to seem older and more edgy but she should transition into that more slowly. I get the whole idea about the bird in the cage and every thing It is very creative but If you take away some of the dance moves and other things it could be an amazing video

I am 15 years old. Miley is only 2 years older than me and she made this kind of a video…WOW!! Honestly, a bird!! Of all animals she chose a BIRD!! All I have to say is WOW!! this is something that Lady Gaga would do… which is ok because she is OLDER!!!!!!

Putting “Art” as priority over being a role model for young girls is self-centered. Her clothes and some of the moves are too sexual for a young lady. Being overtly sexual doesn’t make you a real woman at any age, it only cheapens you. A real woman is modest and displays integrity.

I think she looks great. Really its not her responsibility to be your kids role model!! Thats a lot of pressure to put on a 17 year kid. As the mother of 3 teenage daughters, i know what they do when the camera is pointed at them. They pose and make faces, she just gets to do this on a larger scale. I love a lot of her songs and so do my kids.

Ignore the haters, Miley! Just dont let fame get you, keep a good head on your shoulders and keep your family close, you can always and will always need them!!!

I teach high school and 95% of the teen girls dress like Miley. She is a NORMAL 17 year old, growing up and experimenting with her look and her abilities. RELAX ppl. Let her become an adult. She looks wonderful and should be able to embrace herself. If only all teenage girls could be as confident!

Let it go people, Miley is not your children’s role model. That is suppose to be your job not hers. She is almost 18 let her grow up and find herself. I think that Miley is a cheap, horrible singing teen that when she turns 23 wont even have a career. I agree, she dresses, in a way, just like me. Im not saying that she isn’t on the road to becomeing lady gaga or brittney spears, because i think that is going to happen. Just not now, and just so you people that have time to actually read this, teenages do really dresds like that. Im 13 and I dress just like her (if i like any thing about Miley its her clothes), so you people can stopp bugging her, God, get a life.
